Ĉapeloj de la mortintoj

Ĉapeloj de la mortintoj 1.
Ĉapeloj de la mortintoj 2 (this one makes me feel like Brian Johnson).
Ĉapeloj de la mortintoj 3.
All three unknowingly donated by Aaron's grandfather.

  1. Do you speak Esperanto, or is the benefactor a (late) Esperantist?

Ĉu vi parolas Esperanton, aŭ ĉu la doninto estas (mortinta) Esperantisto?

  2. Thanks for the comment! In fact I do not speak Esperanto, nor did the benefactor. My friend, who loaned me the hats after his grandfather passed, has a bit of a fascination with the language (though he doesn't speak it either), so I thought it appropriate to give this series a name in Esperanto.

Although I'm sure I didn't understand all of it, I watched and enjoyed Ĉapeloj.

  3. Thanks. There is a layer of meaning there that only Esperantists will get, but I tried very hard to make the film appeal to everyone else. I'm glad you liked it.

For the film's debut I bought a hat very similar to the one I drew. It's a shame I'm so far away from Astoria, or I'd lend it to you for your blog.
