St~Germain, a French liqueur, sends out paper party hats to celebrate New Years.  The Eiffel Tower hat is from 2010 and the windmill is from 2011.  These two hats are on loan from the private collection of a generous donor.

My girlfriend's hat

I suppose it's more ugly than silly, but just look at it.  As the inset below clearly shows, it's even got flowers, berries, and what looks like it might be a butterfly.
